With a BSc in Psychology and a PhD in progress at the University of York, Lily brings academic depth and real-world application to her role at VISFO. Over the past three years, she has helped built out our UX research function, establishing scalable processes, increasing research activity, and embedding user insight at the heart of product development. She actively shares her work through industry partnerships and conference publications on the value of UX in business.
