As the founder and CEO of VISFO, a UK-based healthtech consultancy, he has been instrumental in delivering evidence-based intelligence and advanced software solutions to global pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Academic and Professional Background

Dr Noble's academic journey encompasses degrees in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester, and Health Economics from the University of York. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, his early career included roles at Glaxo-Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham's Global Pricing and Health Economics group. He has since consulted globally on early access programs, launch excellence, health technology assessment, and software development.

Leadership at VISFO

Under Dr Noble's leadership, VISFO has achieved significant growth, with consultancy services expanding by 200% and software platform sales increasing by 400% between 2020 and 2021. The company employs a multidisciplinary team of over 40 experts in statistics, machine learning, data science, biomedical science, and software engineering. Together, they support all aspects of clinical and real-world evidence development, providing strategic, data-driven insights to clients worldwide.

Academic Engagement and Philanthropy

Dr Noble maintains a strong connection with academia as an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Biology at the University of York. In 2021, he partnered with the university to launch the Enigma Scholarships, supporting 18 undergraduates from disadvantaged backgrounds. He has also funded two MRes students focusing on inflammasomes in lupus research and is backing an industrial PhD examining misinformation within the Psychology department.
