1. What’s the most rewarding part of your role?

For me, it’s all about the strategic challenge. VISFO is full of brilliant people doing high-impact work, and the most rewarding part of my role is helping shape that into a clear, cohesive growth strategy. Bringing together diverse thinking and turning it into a direction the whole team can rally behind is where I thrive.

2. What’s a project you’re particularly proud of, and why?

Building the current VISFO website is something I take real pride in. Not just because of the final product, but because of what it represents. I had a hand in creating many of the services and products we now offer, and the site was the final step: communicating all that work clearly, confidently, and in a way that resonates with our audience.

3. What’s one thing you bring to a team that people might not see on paper?

Coming from a non-scientific background in a highly academic environment has been a strength. It’s pushed me to lead in a more collaborative way. Balancing scientific rigour with an eye for simplicity, clarity, and usability. I help translate complex thinking into real-world value that’s easy to understand and act on.

4. What excites you most about the direction of VISFO right now?

The strategic clarity. It’s the engine behind everything: from the way we’re harnessing AI, to the incredible level of team productivity, to the direction we’re scaling in. When you get the strategy right, everything else starts to flow. That’s what excites me most.

5. What’s one piece of advice you always come back to?

“If you’re not changing, you’re choosing.” Growth demands movement, and choosing comfort over change is still a decision… it just won’t take you anywhere new.
