An independent read of the demand story behind the asset. We rebuild the forecast logic from first principles - eligible population, addressable share, persistence, price - then stress-test each branch against analogues. The output is a candid view of where the model is load-bearing, where it's fragile, and what would have to be true for the upside and downside cases to hold.
Assumptions
- The commercial team will share the working forecast model and assumption log.
- Comparator analogues are credible at the country / line-of-therapy level we'll reference.
Limitations
- A review pressure-tests the existing model; it does not re-do primary market research.
- Forecasts are decision aids, not predictions - we ship ranges with rationale, not point estimates.
