Lifecycle & indication strategy
A prioritised lifecycle roadmap, not a wish list.
Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.
What lifecycle & indication strategy actually is.
A prioritised lifecycle roadmap, follow-on indications, LOE plays, formulation and combination options, with the rationale and the decision gates that justify each move, not an aspirational wish list.
Built for asset teams approaching peak or facing LOE pressure where the cost of saying yes to every option is measured in dilution of the ones that would actually work.
- Lifecycle roadmap with prioritised moves and rationale
- Decision-gate map across the LOE clock
- Scoring register per candidate move
- Resource and evidence implication per move
- Cross-functional read-out and sign-off pack
Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.

Inputs
- Asset clinical and regulatory plan
- Indication map with competitive context per follow-on
- Internal interviews across medical, commercial, access and R&D
Method
A sprint that turns a wish list of follow-on indications into a prioritised, sequenced roadmap. Each candidate is scored on commercial attractiveness, scientific likelihood, access viability and LOE position. The output is a sequencing plan with explicit decision gates - not a deck of options for someone else to choose between.
Assumptions
- The clinical plan and indication map are reasonably stable across the sprint window.
- Cross-functional leads can be in the prioritisation workshop.
Limitations
- Sequencing is a plan, not a guarantee - the roadmap names the gates at which it gets re-tested.
Think this belongs in your scope?
Add it alongside anything else that fits, then send the shortlist over. We'll reply with the shape we'd recommend — sequence included, and the parts we think you can skip.
