Asset evaluation
A structured read on whether the asset or indication is worth the next dollar.
Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.
What asset evaluation actually is.
A structured read on whether the asset or indication is worth the next dollar. Scientific, commercial and access criteria scored against a written rubric, with the assumptions and the watch-items the call rests on surfaced explicitly.
Built for portfolio leads making early go/no-go calls where the cost of a soft yes is twelve months of further investment in something the data was already telling you to drop.
- Written asset evaluation with go/no-go recommendation
- Scoring rubric across scientific, commercial and access dimensions
- Assumption register with the conditions each rests on
- Watch-item list that would change the call
- Read-out for portfolio leadership
Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.
Approach, modules, delivery.
Move through the tabs to see how the work runs, what it's made of and what lands at the end.
Inputs
- Asset clinical plan, label intent and competitive context
- Comparator pathway and access reads in the lead indications
- Internal interviews across clinical, commercial and access
Method
A structured diagnostic that pressure-tests an asset or indication against three lenses - science, commercial, access - and surfaces the assumptions each lens depends on. The output is a single evaluation with a go / no-go / conditional recommendation and a named list of watch-items that would change the call.
Assumptions
- The asset has enough clinical or pre-clinical signal to evaluate on something other than narrative.
- Leadership wants a candid recommendation, not a balanced options memo.
Limitations
- A diagnostic ranks the call against the criteria; closing the watch-items is a separate piece of work.
