Congress strategy

What to present, who to engage, where to invest, across the congress year.

Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.

What it is

What congress strategy actually is.

What to present, who to engage, where to invest, across the congress year. The annual congress plan with priority meetings, presence model, scientific contributions, KOL engagement and measurement.

Built for medical teams approaching the planning round with a calendar full of meetings and a budget that will not stretch to all of them. The point is the trade-offs, not the attendance list.

What you get
  • Annual congress plan with priorities and rationale
  • Presence model per priority meeting
  • Scientific contribution plan and authorship strategy
  • KOL engagement plan tied to congress slots
  • Working tracker and measurement framework
Build a scope of work

Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.

How it works

Approach, modules, delivery.

Move through the tabs to see how the work runs, what it's made of and what lands at the end.

Inputs

  • Congress calendar across priority TAs and markets (next 12–18 months)
  • Historical congress activity, abstract acceptance and KOL participation
  • Asset evidence roadmap (planned readouts, abstracts, publications)
  • Brand plan strategic imperatives and medical objectives

Method

We build the congress year from the strategy backwards. Strategic imperatives anchor what we need to land scientifically; the evidence roadmap dictates what's ready to present; KOL and audience mix dictate which meetings earn investment. Each congress is scored on strategic fit, audience quality and scientific opportunity, then sequenced into a presence model, what we present, who we engage, how much we invest, with a tracker the medical team runs against the year.

Assumptions

  • Asset readout timing is stable enough to commit to abstract submission windows.
  • Medical and commercial leadership will defend a prioritised list against late additions.

Limitations

  • Congress acceptance is never certain, plans hold a contingency tier for late-breaker outcomes.
  • Investment scoring is directional; final spend is shaped by sponsorship and partnership opportunities surfaced through the year.

Add it alongside anything else that fits, then send the shortlist over. We'll reply with the shape we'd recommend — sequence included, and the parts we think you can skip.
