Next best action design
Recommendation logic your medical team can explain and defend.
Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.
What next best action design actually is.
The decision logic behind the recommendation: given what we know about this clinician, what is the most useful next interaction, and why. Written as rules a medical reviewer can read, not a model nobody can interrogate.
Built before any platform work, so the thinking is agreed and tested rather than encoded by default.
- Documented recommendation logic in plain language
- Back-test against historical engagement with the disagreements explained
- Guardrails and exclusions agreed with compliance
- Explainability format: why this HCP, why now, why this topic
- Implementation spec ready for build if you take it further
Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.
Approach, modules, delivery.
Move through the tabs to see how the work runs, what it's made of and what lands at the end.
Inputs
- Need map, objective weightings and engagement history
- Channel constraints and compliance boundaries
- Historical interactions for back-testing
Method
We write the ranking logic in plain language before anything is automated: what makes an HCP the right next contact, what makes a topic the right next subject, and what excludes both. The logic is back-tested against historical interactions so the team can see where it agrees with what they did, where it disagrees, and whether the disagreement is a fault or a finding.
Assumptions
- Compliance will engage early enough to set boundaries before design.
- Enough interaction history exists to make a back-test meaningful.
Limitations
- Back-testing shows plausibility, not effectiveness.
- Rules require ownership and review; unmaintained logic drifts out of strategy.
Think this belongs in your scope?
Add it alongside anything else that fits, then send the shortlist over. We'll reply with the shape we'd recommend — sequence included, and the parts we think you can skip.
