HCP need mapping

What each clinician actually needs, read at the individual level.

Strategy·Portal + documents

Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.

What it is

What hcp need mapping actually is.

A need read per HCP: the specific evidence gap, unanswered question or practical barrier standing between that clinician and appropriate decision-making, tied back to a medical objective.

For medical teams whose field interactions are content-led rather than need-led, and who cannot currently say what any individual clinician is missing.

What you get
  • Need read per priority HCP with confidence and source signal
  • Need taxonomy mapped to medical objectives
  • Listening imperatives for the needs the record cannot yet evidence
  • Content gap analysis: what needs answering that you do not have
  • Handover session with medical and field leadership
Build a scope of work

Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.

How it works

Approach, modules, delivery.

Move through the tabs to see how the work runs, what it's made of and what lands at the end.

Inputs

  • MSL interaction notes and medical information enquiries
  • Congress question logs and advisory board output
  • Publication and guideline behaviour per clinician

Method

We agree a need taxonomy tied to medical objectives, then assign needs per HCP from observed signal rather than assumption. Each need carries a confidence level and the signal that generated it; where the record cannot support a read, we write a listening imperative instead of guessing.

Assumptions

  • Interaction records are accessible and retain enough detail to interpret.
  • Field leadership will act on listening imperatives where evidence is thin.

Limitations

  • Needs shift with data readouts and guideline change; the map is a snapshot.
  • Low-contact clinicians will start with low-confidence reads by definition.
