Advisory boards

Payer, scientific or patient. Recruited, run and synthesised against your real questions.

Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.

What it is

What advisory boards actually is.

An advisory board configured for the question that matters, payer, scientific or patient, recruited against the criteria that predict useful input, run against a structured agenda, and synthesised back into something the team can act on.

Built for medical, access or commercial leads who need decision-grade input on a specific question rather than a general therapy-area update. The point is the insight on the page when the room empties, not the room itself.

What you get
  • Recruited expert panel against named criteria
  • Structured agenda and pre-read pack
  • Live capture and same-day debrief
  • Structured read-out with implications by audience and market
  • Action register and follow-up plan for the cross-functional team
Build a scope of work

Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.

How it works

Approach, modules, delivery.

Move through the tabs to see how the work runs, what it's made of and what lands at the end.

Inputs

  • Strategic question set the board is designed to answer
  • Advisor universe, payer, clinical, scientific or patient, scored on fit
  • Pre-read materials and discussion design
  • Compliance and fair-market-value framework

Method

Design the board around the real questions, recruit advisors against a scored fit-rubric, run the session (in-person or virtual) and synthesise into a structured read-out with implications by audience and market. We use prepared stimulus and structured exercises rather than open discussion, so insight is comparable across advisors. Compliance, fair-market-value and transparency reporting follow your existing framework.

Assumptions

  • Strategic questions can be sharpened to a tight discussion guide before recruitment starts.
  • Compliance framework (FMV, transparency, contracting) is in place; we operate inside it.

Limitations

  • 8–12 advisors give directional insight, not statistical representation.
  • Advisor candour scales inversely with audience size, design choices reflect this.
