Every manuscript, abstract, poster, oral and symposium slot is placed on a single 18-month timeline and anchored to a narrative claim, an owner and the audiences it serves. The planner checks coverage per tiered claim, assets, audience span, time-to-disclosure, and flags gaps before the next abstract window closes. Congresses are tracked as windowed events (deadlines, submitted, accepted, sessions) rather than calendar items, and at-risk slots surface inside the pre-congress lead time, not after. Asset routing keeps downstream surfaces (Narrative Workbench, TPP Studio, Medical Information Hub, Field Insights Engine, KOL Network, Payer Value Composer) version-locked to the publications they cite, so scientific output reads as one choreography across the next 18 months.
Assumptions
- Claim hierarchy is owned upstream in the Narrative Workbench; the planner consumes claims, it does not author them.
- Congress windows and journal tracks are treated as hard constraints; the planner negotiates choreography around them, not the dates themselves.
- Tier-1 claims require both manuscript and congress presence with at least two audiences inside the 18-month horizon.
Limitations
- Acceptance is venue-decided; the planner tracks submission discipline and pre-congress readiness, not the editorial outcome.
- Author availability and analysis cut dates depend on cross-team commitments, at-risk flags surface the constraint, the negotiation still happens in the room.
