Medical Impact Dashboard
Measure scientific exchange, narrative penetration and KOL adoption.
Shortlist it, send it over — we come back with the shape we'd actually recommend.
What medical impact dashboard actually is.
A standing measurement layer for medical affairs, share of voice, narrative penetration in the literature, KOL adoption of key claims, joined up across the stakeholder map rather than read from three disconnected reports.
The point is the answer to 'is medical affairs landing the story?' on the same screen the team plans against.
- Share-of-voice measurement per claim and audience
- Narrative penetration trend in the literature
- KOL adoption signal joined to the stakeholder map
- Move-detection triggers when metrics shift
- Live wiring into Narrative Workbench and Stakeholder Graph
Add the pieces you'd want and we'll build a shortlist you can review, reorder and send over. No pricing wall, no commitment — we come back with what we'd actually recommend, including anything you don't need.
Approach, modules, delivery.

Inputs
- Scientific exchange feed across surfaces, MSL exchange, advisory, congress, med info, publication, digital, with claim anchor and quality score per interaction
- Narrative spine claims (T1/T2/T3) from the Narrative Workbench with literature and congress citation tracking
- Tier-1 and Tier-2 KOL list with adoption trajectory (Champion · Adopter · Engaged · Aware · Cold)
- Weekly trajectory buckets for exchange volume, narrative penetration and tier-1 adoption
- Downstream surfaces that consume impact deltas, Narrative Workbench, Publication & Congress Planner, KOL Network, MSL Performance Console, Field Insights Engine, Payer Value Composer
Method
The Dashboard is a standing measurement layer, not a one-off report. It joins exchange volume to claim-anchor discipline so surfaces are scored on both reach and rigour, then measures the share of voice each claim holds in literature and congress against the tier-1 KOL adoption it has actually earned. Trajectory is tracked weekly across exchange, penetration and adoption so the team sees momentum (or its absence) inside the cycle, not at the end of the quarter. Every measurement is claim-traceable, when penetration moves on CL-04, the Dashboard surfaces the underlying interactions, citations and KOL touches that moved it, and the deltas route downstream so the Narrative Workbench, the Publication Planner and the KOL Network see the same numbers and act on them.
Assumptions
- An interaction without a claim anchor is counted for volume but excluded from impact scoring.
- Narrative penetration is measured against the tiered claim set; off-spine activity is logged but does not drive the impact score.
- Adoption is rolled up at the tier-1 / tier-2 KOL level, broader audience reach is reported separately and not blended into the headline number.
Limitations
- Penetration depends on what is publicly indexed plus what the team has loaded from congress and internal capture, coverage drops outside that window.
- Adoption trajectory is a judgement call by medical leads, not a behavioural signal; the Dashboard surfaces it but does not replace the conversation.
