A focused engagement that produces the RWE plan from the decisions it has to support backwards. Data partnerships are sized against the question, study design follows from the data, and the read-out cadence is aligned to the decision gates. The output is a written strategy and operating plan the HEOR team can run from.
Assumptions
- Sponsor has, or can secure, access to the RWD assets the design requires.
- Decision questions are sharp enough to design studies against.
Limitations
- Strategy designs the studies; data contracting, IRB approval and execution are downstream.
