Method
Advisory Board Studio is the workspace that designs, runs and captures the advisory without losing the insight. The agenda is designed against named decisions and pre-loaded with the questions each slot has to answer. Experts are managed end-to-end, disclosures, pre-read state, annotations, contracts. On the day, live capture lands every panellist contribution against the agenda item with a theme, a sentiment and an optional decision tag. After the session, convergent signal is synthesised into citable insights with the experts attached, decisions are locked with owners and dates, and every routed insight lands in the surface that consumes it, TPP Studio, Narrative Workbench, Evidence Gap Console, Field Insights Engine, RSC, not a deck filed three weeks later.
Assumptions
- Pre-read is sent early enough that 'Annotated' is realistic; the Studio tracks the state, it does not invent it.
- Live capture is taken at the moment of the contribution by a named scribe, not reconstructed from a recording later.
- Disclosures and contracts are part of the workflow; the Studio refuses to lock the agenda with disclosures Pending.
Limitations
- Theme tagging at speed is human-judgement; the Studio captures provenance and supports re-tag, but does not replace medical interpretation.
- Decision lock requires chair consent on the day; the Studio cannot manufacture commitment that the room did not give.
