We produce the scientific platform, claim hierarchy, proof points and the connective tissue between them. Written up as a narrative document and a working session with medical, commercial and access.

## What it is

The scientific platform every other asset borrows from. A core claim, a small set of pillar claims and the supporting proof points underneath them, written as one short document the cross-functional team can argue with and sign.

Built for medical-led teams who need their commercial, access and HEOR colleagues working from the same story rather than improvising parallel versions per audience. The narrative is the spine; the slide deck, the dossier and the field tools all hang off it.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Lock the audience set, the decisions the narrative has to serve and the claims that are non-negotiable. Inventory every existing version of the story across decks, papers, press and outbound.

2. **Ingest** — Pull the evidence base, the regulatory commitments, the competitive framing and the cross-functional inputs from medical, commercial, access and HEOR into one structured source.

3. **Synthesise** — Workshop the claim hierarchy with the cross-functional team in the room. Surface the trade-offs explicitly rather than smoothing them over; record the sign-offs and the reasoning.

4. **Deliver** — Ship the narrative document, the audience-by-audience message map and a working session that walks the team through how the spine plugs into the next 12 months of assets.
