An RWE roadmap tuned to the decisions it has to support, data partnerships, study design, read-out cadence, rather than a generic list of data sources the team might one day mine.

Built for HEOR teams standing up RWE for the first time or refreshing it after a label expansion. Sized to keep the next 18 months of evidence generation aligned with the next 18 months of decisions.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Lock the decisions the RWE must move (HTA, payer, agency, internal), the timeline and the budget envelope.

2. **Ingest** — Pull the data partner landscape, the existing data assets, the comparator RWE and the prior agency precedent into one structured base.

3. **Synthesise** — Score data feasibility per partner and country, design the study set, sequence it against the decisions and assign owners.

4. **Deliver** — Ship the written strategy and the operating plan the HEOR team runs from.
