_A baseline map of the experts who shape your therapy area, with a plan to earn their time._

We identify, score and prioritise the experts that matter in your therapy area. You get a stakeholder map, scoring rubric and engagement plan the medical team can run from day one.

## What it is

A baseline map of the experts who shape decisions in the therapy area, scored on the dimensions that actually predict influence rather than publication count, and turned into a plan the medical team can act on this quarter.

Designed for medical and MSL teams standing up engagement in a new TA or refreshing it after a leadership change. The map is the starting point; the engagement plan is what makes it useful.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Define the decisions the experts have to move (guideline, formulary, prescribing, trial enrolment) and the geographies and segments that matter most.

2. **Ingest** — Identify the candidate expert set from publications, trials, guidelines, congress activity, committee membership and prior engagement history.

3. **Synthesise** — Score each expert on decision power, scientific signal, current coverage and gap-to-target, with the rationale on each row rather than a single composite.

4. **Deliver** — Ship the stakeholder map, the scoring rubric the team can defend and re-run, and an engagement plan with prioritised tiers, owners and cadence.

## What you get

- Stakeholder map covering payers, KOLs, investigators, societies and advocates in the TA

- Scoring rubric with decision power, scientific signal, coverage and gap-to-target

- Tiered engagement plan with named owners and first-quarter cadence

- Brief library: what to talk about with whom, anchored to the scientific narrative

- Working session with the medical team to hand the map over live
