## What it is

A defensible indirect treatment comparison or network meta-analysis. Feasibility, network construction, the analysis itself and a reviewer-ready technical report prepared to support the HTA submission. Feasibility comes first: where the network will not support a robust comparison, we say so rather than force one.

Built for access and HEOR teams where the head-to-head comparator does not exist and the agency will ask for an indirect comparison whether the team plans for it or not.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Agree the PICO, the comparator set, the method (anchored NMA, MAIC, STC) and the agency expectations the analysis has to clear.

2. **Ingest** — Pull the trial set through the Evidence Synthesis Engine, check network connectedness and feasibility, and assemble the IPD or aggregate inputs.

3. **Synthesise** — Run the analysis with diagnostics, sensitivity runs and pre-specified subgroups. Surface every diagnostic rather than burying it in an appendix.

4. **Deliver** — Ship the technical report ready to drop into the HTA submission, with model card, code and trial set attached.
