## What it is

We bring the narrative, the evidence strategy, the review cycles and the defence preparation; the team brings the asset, the local and procedural requirements and the decision authority.

Built for access teams running their first HTA submission in a country, or running a re-submission after a negative decision. Scope is agreed up front and can range from evidence and narrative support through to drafting core sections alongside local teams.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Agree the agency, the indication, the comparator, the submission window and where our support starts and stops against local and procedural requirements. Map evidence readiness against the agency template before drafting begins.

2. **Ingest** — Pull the value dossier, the economic model, the NMA / ITC and the prior agency precedent into the submission frame.

3. **Synthesise** — Draft the sections in scope against the agency template, run internal review cycles, pre-empt reviewer questions and stress-test the model and the comparator choice.
