We build a structured profile of every relevant HCP in scope, not only the published few, drawing on practice setting, referral position, trial and guideline activity, digital footprint and prior engagement.

## What it is

A profile of the full treating universe rather than the twenty names everyone already knows. Community and hospital clinicians, referral hubs, trial sites and emerging voices, each with the evidence behind the profile visible on the record.

For teams whose engagement is concentrated on a familiar shortlist while most of the patients sit with clinicians nobody has ever briefed.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Define the universe: geography, specialty, care setting and the treatment decisions that matter.

2. **Ingest** — Assemble publications, trials, guidelines, registries, congress activity, public digital signals and your own CRM history into one structured record per HCP.

3. **Synthesise** — Profile each HCP on setting, patient exposure, referral position, evidence engagement and current relationship, with sources attached.

4. **Deliver** — Ship the profiled universe as a working dataset plus a read-out on where the coverage gaps sit.
