We plan a single conference properly: objectives taken from the strategic imperatives, the people who matter at this meeting, and a personal golden path for every field team member, which sessions, which stands, which conversations, in what order. Delivered as the plan, a per-person route pack and the measurement frame you judge it against afterwards.

## What it is

A single meeting, planned as an operation rather than an attendance list. What the organisation is trying to achieve there, who can move it, what each person you send is meant to learn or land, and how the week will be judged once everyone is home.

The headline output is the golden path: a personal route through the congress for every MSL and medical lead. Which sessions to sit in, which stands to walk, which conversations to have and in what order, each one tied back to the strategic imperative it serves, with fallbacks for the moment the day slips.

Built for medical teams who arrive at a major meeting with a big spend, a full team and no shared answer to what any individual is supposed to come back with.

## How we run it
