_Hear the entire conversation around a meeting, not just the parts your team walked into._

We read the whole conversation around a moment in the calendar: social, digital, the session content itself, press and competitor activity, structured into themes, sentiment and share of voice. Run before to sharpen the plan, live to see what is landing, and after to give you the settled read.

## What it is

A structured read of everything being said around a meeting, rather than a clippings file. Clinician and society posts, the programme and abstract content, congress press, competitor announcements and the debate that follows them, brought into one taxonomy so themes can be counted rather than remembered.

It runs in three windows. Before, so the plan targets what the field is already arguing about. Live, so you can see during the days themselves what is actually landing and re-aim the team. After, for the settled read: which themes moved, who owned the conversation, and what your competitors got credit for.

Built for medical and commercial teams who currently reconstruct a conference from whoever happened to be in the room, and know they are missing most of it.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Agree the topics that matter, the voices worth tracking, the competitor set and the questions the listening has to answer.

2. **Ingest** — Collect public social and digital conversation, programme and abstract content, congress press and competitor activity across the defined window.

3. **Synthesise** — De-duplicate, tag against one taxonomy, cluster into themes, and read sentiment, volume and share of voice by topic and by voice.

4. **Deliver** — Ship a pre-conference brief, daily live reads during the meeting where wanted, and a written post-conference analysis with the tagged dataset behind it.

## What you get

- Pre-conference brief on the live debate and where to aim

- Daily live read during the meeting, with what changed

- Theme and sentiment analysis by topic and by voice

- Competitor share of voice and message traction

- Named voices driving each theme, with the source posts

- Written post-conference analysis and the tagged dataset
