_The payer-facing front door to the CE and BIM core. A live calculator with audit trail, not a PDF._

The payer-facing surface of Model Studio. A configurable, in-room calculator that turns the canonical CE and BIM into a scenario conversation, local inputs, plain-language outputs, every run logged with its assumption set and a leave-behind generated on the spot.

## What it is

The payer-facing front door to the cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models that defend the price. A configurable calculator the field team can run live in a payer meeting, local population, local price, local mix, with outputs in payer language and every run logged against its assumption set.

It is not a sales calculator built in PowerPoint. Every scenario reads from the live CE and BIM core in Model Studio, every assumption carries its evidence reference, every run is timestamped and exportable, and the leave-behind generated at the end of the meeting carries the same model lineage as the dossier.

## How we run it

1. **Wire to the canonical core** — Engine reads the live CE and BIM core from Model Studio. Inputs the payer can move (population, mix, price, time horizon, MEA terms) are exposed; structural assumptions stay locked to the core.

2. **Shape it for the payer in the room** — Per-payer skin: their formulary frame, their budget unit, their thresholds. Outputs render in payer language - net budget, offsets, per-member-per-month, breakeven year - not academic ICER tables.

3. **Run the conversation live** — Field user opens a session, moves the sliders the payer cares about, sees the scenario re-cost in real time. Every move is captured to a session log with seed, assumption set and who ran it.

4. **Leave the meeting with the audit** — End-of-session leave-behind generated from the live model: scenario summary, sensitivity context, reference to the underlying assumptions. Goes back to the access lead and into the decision log.

## What you get

- Per-asset Value Engine wired live to the CE and BIM core in Model Studio

- Payer-skinned interfaces (NICE / G-BA / HAS / AIFA / PBM frames) with payer-language outputs

- Session logs with seed, assumption set, scenario trail and user attribution per meeting

- Auto-generated leave-behind summaries with full model lineage back to Model Studio

- Live wiring into Reimbursement Strategy Console and Pricing Corridor Studio so scenarios run with payers feed the deal log
