## What it is

A live graph of the stakeholders that shape access and adoption in your therapy area - payers, HTA committee members, guideline authors, principal investigators, societies, patient organisations - connected by who actually influences whom, not just by job title.

## How we run it

1. **Build the graph, not a list** — Per market and per decision (HTA, formulary, guideline, prescribing), identify the people who matter and the edges that connect them - co-authorship, committee co-membership, trial collaboration, advisory overlap. The graph is the artefact, not a flat spreadsheet.

2. **Score on decision power, not on volume** — Influence is weighted by what each node actually moves - committee vote, guideline section, formulary line, peer prescribing - not by publication count. Scores re-rank when committees rotate, guidelines update, or trials read out.

3. **Listen for signal continuously** — Publication, guideline, congress, social and trial-registry signal flows in continuously. The graph flags new evidence positions, committee appointments and label-relevant statements so the field team isn't reading them in a competitor's press release.

4. **Sequence the next action** — One ranked queue of next-best engagements per market - who to brief, on what, by when, with the asset to use. Logged interactions update coverage, sentiment and gap-to-target without a separate CRM ritual.
