## What it is

A curated, always-on watchlist for the asset, competitors, regulators (FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA), HTA bodies, payer associations, guideline groups, conferences and trial registries, with every change classified, scored for impact and routed to the function that owns it.

Not a Google Alert dump. Every signal is tied to the entity, the claim and the downstream surface it affects, with the noise filtered out and the implication written down before it lands in anyone's inbox.

## How we run it

1. **Lock the watchlist to decisions, not topics** — Per asset, define what we are watching for: competitor label changes, regulator precedent, HTA decisions, guideline updates, congress podiums, trial read-outs. Each watchlist entry is tied to a decision it could move.

2. **Classify and score every signal** — Each detected event is typed (label · precedent · guideline · readout · pricing · panel), tagged to the asset claim it touches, and scored on forecast impact, dossier impact and narrative impact - high / med / low, with the reason written down.

3. **Filter the noise out** — Duplicates collapsed, re-prints suppressed, low-signal mentions muted by default. The digest is what changed and why it matters - not every mention of the molecule.

4. **Route to the owner** — Each high-impact signal is routed to the function that owns the response (medical · access · commercial · regulatory) with the suggested next action, the affected surfaces (Narrative Workbench, GVD, HTA Console, Forecasting Studio) and a deadline.
