## What it is

The operating console for your asset's real-world evidence programme. Every study, cohort, chart review, registry, linkage, prospective pragmatic, sits on one roadmap, tied to the decision it is meant to move and to the data partner that will run it. Feasibility, fielding, read-out and dossier-readiness are tracked in the same surface, not in a separate slide deck.

It is not a study tracker. The RWE Console reads the commissioning queue from the Evidence Gap Console, the assumption registry from Model Studio and the agency challenge log from the HTA Console, so the roadmap is always the live answer to 'what RWE do we owe which decision-maker, by when, and where is it stuck?'.

## How we run it

1. **Tie every study to a decision** — Each study on the roadmap is pinned to the gap it closes, the agency or payer that will read it, and the model input or dossier section that depends on it. Studies that cannot answer that question are challenged off the list.

2. **Score data feasibility, not just availability** — Per partner and per country: cohort size, lookback, linkage quality, governance lead time, prior-use precedent. A dataset that exists is not the same as a dataset you can run in time for submission.

3. **Manage the fielding pipeline** — Feasibility → protocol → IRB/EC → linkage → analysis → read-out. Each study moves through the pipeline with named owner, blockers logged, slippage flagged against the decision deadline it is meant to hit.

4. **Publish read-outs back to the spine** — When a study reads out, the evidence flows into the Evidence Synthesis Engine, the Gap Console rescores the closed gap, and the Model Studio assumption it supported promotes from 'placeholder' to 'real-world supported'.
