A platform for assembling, updating and localising the global value dossier as a set of reusable modules, not a 400-page PDF that goes stale on day one. Each module reads its claims and evidence live from the Evidence Synthesis Engine, NMA / ITC Engine and TPP Builder, so every affiliate dossier stays consistent with the global story.

## What it is

The working surface for the global value dossier, broken into reusable modules that affiliates pull, adapt and re-publish. Disease overview, unmet need, clinical value, economic value, patient value, comparative effectiveness, all addressable individually rather than locked inside one document.

It is not a 400-page PDF that gets emailed to affiliates and goes stale on day one. Every module is anchored to a live evidence object (from the Evidence Synthesis Engine, NMA / ITC Engine, TPP Builder or Burden Engine), every localisation is tracked against the global master, and every claim carries its citation, certainty and last refresh date.

## How we run it

1. **Modularise the dossier** — Decompose the GVD into the modules each affiliate actually reuses. Each module gets a named owner and an evidence anchor, not a copy-paste from last year's slide deck.

2. **Anchor claims live** — Pull comparative effects from the NMA / ITC Engine, attribute commitments from the TPP, burden statistics from the Burden Engine. The dossier reads from the canonical source, never re-litigates it.

3. **Localise without forking** — Affiliates adapt modules in a controlled fork: country-specific pricing, comparators, formulary context, payer archetype. The global master stays the master, with drift visible.

4. **Refresh and re-publish** — When an underlying anchor moves the affected modules flag for re-look. Re-publish per module, not the whole 400-page document.
