_Lead capture and nurture flows that don't leak._

Forms, routing and nurture flows for early demand. The plumbing between site and CRM, so every hand-raise lands somewhere useful and nothing leaks on the way.

## What it is

Most early-stage capture is leaky in three places: forms that ask too much and get abandoned, routing rules that send a hot trust lead into the same triage queue as a careers ping, and a follow-up flow that's either nothing or a 12-email drip that nobody asked for.

Nurture is the plumbing that fixes the leaks. One form per page with three fields, routing rules that read the signal (domain, title, free-text, page context) and hand to the right owner with an SLA, audience-specific nurture flows that hold the relationship between touches, and a scoring model the team can argue with in a 20-minute review.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — One form per surface, three fields if at all possible. Every form has an owner and a written-down SLA before it goes live.

2. **Route** — Rules that read enrichment, free-text and page context, then hand to a named owner with score uplift and a reason code.

3. **Flow** — Audience-specific nurture flows that hold the relationship between human touches. No generic 12-email drips.

4. **Score** — Transparent scoring model with visible weights, reviewable monthly. Decay rules so the queue stays current.
