_AI content engine, human review at the centre._

A repeatable editorial system where AI drafts and humans steer, so a small team can publish, repurpose and personalise at the cadence the market expects.

## What it is

Most early-stage content programmes are one of two failures. Either a founder writes one good post a month and then disappears for six weeks, or an outsourced agency floods the channels with on-trend filler that the team would never sign off on if they read it.

The Content engine is a small editorial system: a briefing queue tied to the Brand spine, an AI first draft that respects locked variables, a human review thread with named reviewers, and a re-cut layer that pushes the same source into website copy, microsite hero, outreach touch, social post and nurture email. Throughput without the agency tax.

## How we run it

1. **Frame** — Editorial queue per audience and per surface, with one named owner. Briefs are written against the spine, not against the calendar.

2. **Draft** — AI drafts each paragraph against locked Brand variables, with a confidence score per claim and a refusal when the spine doesn't support it.

3. **Review** — Threaded review with named roles: clinical, brand, founder, compliance. No anonymous edits, no merge-the-track-changes ritual.

4. **Repurpose** — One approved source re-cut for every downstream surface: site, microsite, outreach, social, nurture, deck.
